Allan Marston had many ups and downs like many other entrepreneurs. However, when most people meet this dynamic and articulate speaker who inspires so many, what many of them don’t know is where he came from and how he got to be all that he is today.
Allan Marston landed in this country, Canada, with just Thirty Five Dollars in his pocket back in 1975. He was born a minority Christian in a country that was majority Muslim. He knew that if he were to soar to the heights of his dreams he would need to do it where he would have more freedom to express himself and chase his dreams.
So at the age of 19, an age when most are contemplating leaving the nest and simply moving across town into an apartment, Allan crossed thousands of miles to a new culture, environment and way of life. He arrived as a Welder and changed occupations 7 times.
The most significant, life-changing moment came when he met the godfather of motivational speakers, Jim Rohn who gave him some huge advice that would change his life forever.
Allan has been described as The Actionator rather than the Procrastinator. That is very true! Once he makes a decision to do something – consider it done. People who have seen him in action once he has made a decision have called him a Pit Bull others have called him a Tank. If he comes up against an obstacle he will go around it, under it, over it or through it.
Some people know Allan Marston as a Business and Life Coach. Others know him as one of the best Human Resources Managers they ever worked with and for. Some know him as a successful business person and entrepreneur and others know him as an excellent, inspiring and dynamic teacher and speaker.
